Dryer Vent Squad West Valley (“DVS West Valley”, “we”, “us”) provides residential and commercial dryer-vent cleaning, inspection, and repair across the Phoenix West Valley.

This policy replaces the default WordPress suggestions and describes our actual practices.

- Payments: processed via providers; we do not store full card numbers.

- Device/usage: IP, browser/OS, pages viewed, session duration, referring links/UTMs, coarse geolocation.
- Cookies/pixels for session security, preferences, analytics, and marketing measurement.
- Diagnostics: error logs and performance signals to keep the site stable.
C. From third parties
- Maps & address: Google Maps/Places for autocomplete and geocoding.
- Call tracking: CallRail (caller ID, call analytics; recordings where disclosed).
- Lead sources: scheduling tools, review platforms, social/ads you engage with.

6) Analytics, Maps & CallRail
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Maps / Places API
Forms may use address autocomplete and geocoding (latitude/longitude). Your use is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Maps Terms.
CallRail

Forms & AppSheet/Sheets
We may connect form submissions to Google Sheets/AppSheet for scheduling and job management. Anti-spam tools (e.g., reCAPTCHA or honeypots) may run during submission.
7) Your privacy rights
- Access/Portability: request a copy of personal data we hold.
- Correction: fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion: ask us to delete data, subject to legal/operational needs.
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe emails; reply STOP to SMS.
- Cookie controls: manage in your browser and Google tools.
California: We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA. You can still submit access/deletion requests.
8) Security & retention
- Security: HTTPS, least-privilege access, updates, and logging appropriate to data sensitivity. No system is 100% secure.
- Retention (typical): service/job and form records up to 7 years (accounting/service history), analytics per provider policy, server logs up to 12 months unless required longer for security/troubleshooting.
9) Children’s privacy
Our services are for adults and not directed to children under 13. If a child provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10) International visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.
11) Changes to this policy
