Clog-Free Guarantee Terms
Our 90-day clog-free guarantee is valid only when customers adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule and complete any service recommendations provided at the time of the appointment. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the guarantee. This policy ensures optimal dryer vent performance and safety.
📸 Documentation Notice
Our technician may take before-and-after photos of the service area as part of our documentation and quality assurance process.
⚠️ Liability Acknowledgment
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
Moving appliances inherently carries risk. Despite the use of proper equipment (e.g., furniture slides) and trained technicians, movement of your dryer may result in unintended consequences, including but not limited to:
- Minor scratches or marks on appliances or surfaces
- Damage to flooring, walls, or surrounding areas caused by moving appliances or equipment
- Potential exacerbation of pre-existing issues (e.g., worn dryer components, outdated vent systems)
2. Release of Liability
Customer hereby releases, waives, and discharges Dryer Vent Squad West Valley, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to:
- Pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, improper installation, or outdated connections
- Flooring, wall, or cabinetry materials that are unusually soft, brittle, or not securely fastened
- Appliances with existing faults, damage, or structural weaknesses
- Damage during service or as a result of moving the unit(s), unless directly caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the area around the dryer is clear of obstructions, valuables, or breakable items
- Notify your technician of any known issues, prior repairs, or visible damage
- Confirm that flooring and nearby areas are suitable for safe appliance movement
⏰ Appointment Policies
1. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. Please provide accurate contact and service location details when booking. All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team.
2. Appointment Windows
We provide a service window for your scheduled appointment to allow for travel time and unforeseen delays. You will receive a notification on the day of service confirming the technician’s estimated time of arrival.
3. Access Requirements
Please ensure that a responsible adult (18 or older) is present at the service location during the appointment. Clear access must be provided to the dryer, laundry area, and vent outlets, including rooftop or exterior vents if applicable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $49 late change fee. To avoid this fee, please notify our office at least one business day prior to your scheduled appointment.
5. No-Show Policy
We make every effort to confirm your appointment and ensure a smooth service experience. This includes:
- Sending a confirmation email at the time of booking
- Calling the day of your appointment to confirm access and timing
- Sending a reminder text message, if necessary
If our technician arrives at the confirmed location and no one is available to grant access, they will wait up to 30 minutes. After this grace period, the appointment will be marked as a missed visit and a $99 no-show fee will apply.
6. Weather & Safety
In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, appointments may need to be rescheduled for the safety of our technicians and customers. We will notify you as early as possible if changes are required.
7. Confirmation & Reminders
You will receive confirmation upon booking and reminders via text, call, or email prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment when prompted to help us serve you efficiently.
💳 Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:
- Debit/Credit Cards – Cards may be securely stored in your client hub upon request for future convenience.
- Cash or Check – Accepted at the time of the appointment.
- Zelle – Send payments to westvalley@dryerventsquad.com.
